Delays to bin collections
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by delays to waste and recycling collections.
We have just started a new contract with Biffa and a combination of drivers operating new vehicles for the first time, learning how to use the new onboard technology and getting to know the new collection routes, means some collections have been delayed.
We are currently experiencing high levels of calls about the delays, which is leading to long call answering wait times. Please only call if it is absolutely necessary.
Please continue to leave your bins at the edge of your property and we’ll collect them as soon as we can. We know this is frustrating and we want to thank you for your patience.
