Wellbeing

Our Wellbeing Prescription is a social prescribing service which allows GPs and other health and social care workers to refer people to trained Wellbeing Advisors who can support them to improve any aspect of their mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.

You can refer yourself to this service by booking an appointment through your GP surgery.

Wellbeing Prescription is delivered in partnership by Tandridge District Council and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, working closely with NHS East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group and Surrey County Council Adult Social Care and Public Health.
