Three successful planning enforcement prosecutions

On Wednesday 8 February, Tandridge District Council had three successful prosecutions heard at Guildford Magistrates’ Court, amounting to total fines and costs of £11,703. Mr and Mrs McDonald of Tatsfield, pleaded guilty of failing to comply with a Planning Enforcement Notice requiring them to remove a building on their property.
