Planning Committee information

The Planning Committee on 20 September 2021 will be held at the Council Offices, Station Road East, Oxted starting at 7.30pm. There are three public speaking slots for each application (objector, Parish Council and applicant/agent). The objector speaking slot will be allocated to the first person to register their interest.

If you would like to speak about any of the applications listed below, please e-mail and provide your name, telephone number and confirm which application you would like to speak to. Please also confirm whether you would like to pre-record your submission or attend the meeting in person. Any pre-recorded submissions will be replayed to the Planning Committee on 20 September.

A public gallery is available for the meeting, but space is limited. If you would like to attend the meeting, but not wish to speak, please email with your name and telephone number so we can contact you about your attendance. Seating will be allocated in response to emailed requests only. Please note that it may not be possible to accommodate all requests.

All Tandridge District Council committee meetings are streamed live and can be viewed via our webcast service which can be accessed via this link. All webcasts are recorded and available on the Council website for 6 months after the date of the meeting.
