About the appeal
The Planning Inspectorate received an appeal against the refusal of planning permission relating to the site Former Laporte Works Site, Nutfield Road, Nutfield.
The appeal is for Outline planning permission for the development of the site for new homes (Use Class C3) and Integrated Retirement Community (Use Classes C2, E(e), F2), creation of new access, landscaping and associated works to facilitate the development, in phases which are severable (Outline with all matters reserved, except for Access).
The Secretary of State appointed Planning Inspector N Fagan BSc (Hons), DipTP, MRTPI to deal with the Inquiry. The event is an in-person event with the facility to observe virtually.
