The pavilion is within the Whyteleafe Recreation Ground and is accessed from the public car park off Hillbury Road. It is within 0.6 km of both Whyteleafe and Upper Warlingham stations as well as shops, restaurants and services on the A22/Godstone Road. Whyteleafe Recreation Ground is an attractive local park with a children’s play area and tennis courts.
The pavilion is available on full repairing and insuring lease for a term of years to be agreed.
