Everything you need to know

Join us for an exciting evening celebrating the success of local businesses. This event will include music, entertainment, a delicious three course meal and plenty of opportunities to network with fellow businesses and supporters.

Event details

Date: Wednesday 15 October 2025

Time: 6.30pm welcome drinks, 7.30pm awards dinner and presentation

Venue: Pavilion Suite, Lingfield Park Resort, Lingfield RH7 6PQ

Please note the venue is cashless. Bring a debit or credit card to purchase drinks.

Tickets:

  • Each finalist receives two complimentary tickets. 
  • Additional tickets are £45 each, including VAT.
  • Tables seat 8-10 people.
  • Each ticket includes a welcome drink and three course meal.

Please bring your e-tickets with you on the night.

Dress code

This is a black tie event, but please don't worry if you don't have a formal outfit, being part of the celebration is what matters most.

Filming and photography

We will be filming and photographing the event for use on our website and social media. By attending, you consent to being included.

Winners

If you win your category:

  • You will be invited to say a few words on camera about your win.
  • We will take your photograph.

Photos and videos will be shared across our digital channels.

You will be able to download and print the pictures for free.

An awards dinner isn’t complete without a welcome drink and a delicious three-course meal.

When you confirm your attendance, you'll be asked to choose your meal for the evening. Please let us know about any dietary requirements on the booking form and we’ll contact you directly to discuss them.

Starter

Chicken and black pudding terrine with red onion marmalade, dressed leaves and sour dough croute.

or

Caprese Salad with heritage tomatoes, burrata, basil gel and balsamic glaze.

Main course

Roast chicken supreme with dauphinoise potato, carrot spear, green beans and pan jus.

or

Stuffed aubergine gratin with grilled marinated tofu, tomato ragout and finished with crispy onions.

Dessert

Lemon tart with raspberry crème fraiche, minted berry compote. This is a fixed option, no selection required.

Lingfield Park Resort is a cashless venue and only accepts credit / debit card on the evening. There are no cash machines.

To save time queuing at the bar, we encourage you to use the pre drinks service.

Please note, you can not bring your own alcohol to the event. It is not permitted to take alcohol off the premises.

There is free car parking on site and the path to the function room will be well lit with signs.

If you have a blue badge, please let us know and we will try to save a parking spot close to the entrance for you.

If you have a Blue Badge please e-mail the Business Support Team so we can support you on the night.

If you would like overnight accommodation at the resort, please e-mail us and we will pass your details to Lingfield Park Resort, who will contact you directly.
