Food hygiene training

At present we are not offering food hygiene training, but when considered safe to do so we will resume running the following Chartered Institute of Environmental Health training for anyone who needs to know about food hygiene:

  • Foundation food hygiene 1 day course providing basic skills for food handlers.
  • Intermediate food hygiene 3 day course for supervisors and managers.

Both courses are followed by an exam.

We will update this information when we resume offering the above training courses with the dates and times the courses will run and will confirm your place once we receive your payment. You have 7 days from the date of payment to cancel and receive a refund. If you book a course, but then can’t attend, we will try to fit you onto a future course.
