Payments

You can pay for:

• Council tax (you can also view and manage your council tax account online)
• Business rates
• Housing rent
• Other invoices issued by us such as:
  - Your community alarm
  - Leasehold management expenses
  - Leasehold insurance
  - Annual licences
  - Building regulations inspection fees
  - Allotments etc...

using our new payment system. It's safe, secure and payments can now be made by credit card.

There is no charge for using credit or debit cards, except if you are paying for your council tax or business rates by credit card. The Council will then add a surcharge of 1.35% to your payment, which is what our bank charges us for the transaction. There is no charge for using a debit card.

If this is the first time you have used this system you will need to register.

If you used the Girobank Billpay system to make payments previously you will also have to register to use the new payment system.

To pay a parking penalty charge please use our parking payments system. It's safe, secure and payments can be made by credit card and debit card. Other methods of payment are listed on the back of the penalty charge notice.
