Fees

Fees are reviewed each year and any changes normally apply from 1 April. Cheques should be made payable to Tandridge District Council. Receipts are returned with the completed search. Current fees are:

LLC1 & CON29	224*	Includes £28 for Surrey County Council highways information. The fee for a CON29(only) is £198.

Personal Search	No Charge	The Local Land Charges register can be made available for inspection free of charge at the Council Offices, Oxted. Please book an appointment with Land Charges if you wish to do this.
'Enhanced' personal search	25*	Results will be returned electronically within 2 days. Charges for responding to specific questions Schedule of registers information
Updated search	45*	Within six months of receipt of original search. Please request in writing and enclose fees
