Villages explored

In the 1970s the Council published a series of attractively illustrated guides to some of the historic villages and their conservation areas. These documents have been out of print for many years, however we have now made them available on the web site.

Because of the illustrations the file sizes are quite large and you may need a broad band connection to download them.

The booklets are available using the links below. Please note that although you are welcome to print them off for your own use and enjoyment the text and the illustrations are copyright and therefore should not be copied or reproduced in other documents or on other web sites.
