LABC SE Awards

Nominations now open for prestigious regional awards

Nominations for the prestigious LABC SE Building Excellence Awards are now been compiled. At Tandridge building control we have selected a handful of the best projects we have been involved with this year to nominate and with more than 40 authorities in the SE involved you can be assured that the Awards will be a great event for the construction industry in our region.

The Awards aim to give well deserved recognition to companies and individuals within the construction industry who are committed to continually producing high quality buildings throughout the South East and highlight the importance of building control in achieving high standards - acknowledging the role that building regulations play in the creation of high performance buildings.

Open to architects, designers, builders and home owners the Awards culminate in a gala dinner which this year will be held at the Copthorne Effingham Park Hotel on Friday 15 June 2012.

 In past years Tandridge nominated projects have been very successful and we are proud to be associated with the winners which have included:

• The Neville Childhood Epilepsy Centre - Best Community/Public Building
• St Mary's Community Hall, Oxted - Best Community/Public Building
• The Manor Houses, Dormans Park - Best Small Housing Development
• Old Byre, Staffhurst Wood - Best Barn Coversion
