The Dene Hospital is a Community Hospital which is run by First Community Health and Care, a social enterprise contracted by local GPs to provide services to the local community.
The Dene has 3 wards, 28 beds, which provide rehabilitation care to patients after a procedure, before being returned home with Community Nurse support.
The Out Patients Dept provides a range of Clinics, which saves local residents having to travel to East Surrey Hospital at Redhill, as well as a Rapid Assessment Clinic, providing support diagnostics to local GPs and a Walk In Centre providing a minor injuries service.
