Private sector landlords guidance

Tandridge District Council is a member of the steering group of the Gatwick Area Landlords Forum, an organisation that has been set up to provide advice and assistance to private sector landlords. The steering group is made up of representatives of the National Federation of Residential Landlords, Mid Sussex District Council, Crawley Borough Council, Horsham District Council, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Mole Valley District Council and Tandridge District Council.

The Forum have produced Letting your property: a guide for landlords , which provides a range of information and practical advice for private landlords. In addition, the steering group organises a twice yearly Gatwick Area Private Landlord Forum.
