Housing officers

The Estate Management team deals with cleaning services, central heating, complaints, debt counselling, estate management services, empty property management,garages, graffiti and vandalism, improvements, housing repairs, neighbour disputes, nuisance, rent payment, rent arrears, benefits advice, tenancy conditions, alterations by tenants, tenant consultation and tenants and residents associations.

Each council housing area has a Housing Management Officer who deals with all tenancy issues.
