Licensing Act 2003 - applications received

The following list of premises includes premises licences or club registration certificates issued under the Licensing Act 2003 or have an application that is pending a determination.

The applications can be viewed at the Council Offices between 9am and 4pm.

Interested Parties (e.g. residents) and Responsible Authorities may only make representations about an application for the variation of an existing licence or for a completely new licence. Representations can be made using the following representation form. You may make a written representation by using the TDC form or by writing your own letter. PLEASE NOTE that a petition will normally be regarded as one representation and any signatories must be from residents or businesses in the vicinity of the premises."

The List of Personal Licences was updated on 2 February 2012.
