Bus pass application form

This form needs to be completed, printed, signed and returned together with the relevant documentation to the Finance Department. Areas that require a signature will appear on the printed form. If you do not have access to a printer, please contact the Finance Department, 01883 732909 or 01883 732904 or email buspasses@tandridge.gov.uk and request a paper copy.

From 1st April 2008 the bus passes can be used on local buses anywhere in England. But to get a pass from April 2008 you will need to supply a passport style photograph. Please read the photo guidelines by clicking the link below.
