What day is my road or alley swept?
We work hard to keep our streets clean. In places where rubbish builds up quickly, such as town and village centres, we clean every day.
Areas which attract high volumes of traffic, such as the roundabout at Junction 6 of the M25, are cleaned once every week, main through routes every four/six weeks, residential roads once every thirteen weeks and remaining country lanes twice a year.
The Council is not responsible for the cleaning of private or unadopted roads.
