Blow the whistle on benefit fraud - fill in the Benefit suspected fraud form.

Or ring the Fraud Hotline on 01883 732993 if you know someone who is:

• Claiming and shouldn't be.
• Claiming from an address they don't live at.
• Using a false identity.
• Working and signing on.

You don't have to give your name and all calls are confidential.
