Have your say
Every year we carry out a number of surveys to monitor residents satisfaction levels with services and to find out were they think we could improve. Where possible, we select residents randomly from the electoral register, or from users of the particular service.
Thank you to everyone who has returned one of our questionnaires.
Tandridge District Council is among the top 15% of councils in the country giving a high level of resident satisfaction, according to the results of a government survey carried out last year. Residents were asked what they think about living in the Tandridge District and the public services they receive.
The survey asked them about issues ranging from their use of local services to their general health and well-being, from support for older people to tackling crime, as well as information on levels of participation in the local community. Respondents were also able to say how concerned they are about the problems affecting their communities, from littering, graffiti, noisy neighbours and health services, to whether they feel the police and local council are tackling anti-social behaviour effectively.
