Neighbourhood planning referendums

The Localism Act introduced neighbourhood planning.  The idea is that communities can be involved in producing Neighbourhood Plans which set out policies on development and use of land in a parish or 'neighbourhood area'.

Woldingham Neighbourhood Plan Referendum

A referendum relating to the adoption of the Woldingham Neighbourhood Plan  was held on Thursday 17 March 2016.

"Do you want Tandridge District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Woldingham to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”
