Supplementary planning guidance

The Council has published a number of Supplementary Planning Guidance and Supplementary Planning Documents which expand on planning policies or provide more detailed guidance on specific areas or sites.

Green Belt guidance

• Conversion of Buildings in the Greenbelt expands on Local Plan policy RE6
• Conversion of buildings in the Green Belt - Consultation Annex (sets out the results of public consultation on the draft guidance)

Conservation Area guidance

• Conservation Appraisal of the Bletchingley Conservation Area - published as Supplementary Planning Guidance
• Proposals Statement for Kenley Aerodrome designated as a Conservation area

Village Design Statements

• Village Design Statement for Lingfield adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance
• Village Design Statement for Woldingham adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document

Site briefs

• Lambs Business Park South Godstone - a site brief has been adopted to guide future development
