Lingfield Village Design Statement

The Lingfield Village Design Statement was prepared following community participation and has been adopted by the District Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG). As SPG it is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications within the village. Printed copies of the Statement can be obtained from the Council Offices in Oxted, for £1.00.

Developers and residents are encouraged to read the Statement and to have regard to it in preparing their designs for new development or extensions and other work to their properties.
