Competent person scheme records are only available from January 2006 onwards and refer to window/door, gas or electrical (Part P) installations in the main. A full list of competent persons schemes can be viewed at Competent Persons Schemes.

Building regulations information is not publicly available and so only very limited details are shown. Hard copies of building regulation approvals or completion certificates will need to be requested separately by e-mailing buildingcontrol@tandridge.gov.uk with the relevant application number/address.
