Free access to the internet is available from a number of locations:
The Council's reception area at the Council Offices, Stations Road East, Oxted.
The computer room at the Douglas Brunton Centre, Chaldon Road, Caterham, which is open to the public from 9.30am to 12 noon and from 1-3.30pm from Monday to Friday. Call 01883 347230 for more details, or to make an appointment for an introductory internet training session. There is no charge for using the computers, but a small nominal charge will be made to cover printing and stationery costs. There are no age restrictions and sessions can be booked in advance. Light refreshments are available from the snack bar and there is free parking.
Surrey libraries. Click on the following link to find out more about accessing the internet from all Surrey libraries. Everybody can use the service for free. If you are a library member, you will need your library card to use a computer. If you are not a member, you will need some form of identification such as driving licence, passport or national identification card.
