The Centre offers activities every weekday including an art club, exercise classes, IT facilities, bingo, outings and holidays. The Centre has its own hairdressing salon, snack bar, shop and library. Chiropody and assisted bathing services are also available.

What can I do there?

There are a wide range of events and activities available at the Centre.

The Men in Sheds project offers an opportunity to learn and improve woodworking skills in a sociable environment.

Are the facilities available for private hire?

The centre is available for hire some evenings and weekends, for meetings, parties, wedding receptions and other events. The centre also welcomes enquiries from organisations wishing to hire the small private interview room during the day and evenings. This room is suitable for counselling and other 1:1 appointments where confidentiality and quiet are required.

There are also a range of services and activities for older people including the local Meals on Wheels service, the Darby and Joan Club and weekly Lunch Club at the Lingfield and Dormansland Community Centre.
