The inquiry will be held at the Council Offices, Oxted. It will be open to the public and can also be watched online. 

The planning enforcement appeal documents can be viewed on our website by selecting enforcement notice and entering the reference (ENF/2022/334). The core documents, which both the Council and the appellant intend to refer to during the inquiry, are also available online.

The inquiry process

During these sessions, the landowners and the Council will present evidence. Once the session ends, the Inspector will decide whether the planning decisions should be upheld or whether planning permission should be granted.
