Keeping in touch with you – have your say

We’re always looking at how to improve the way we stay in touch with our tenants, so we can let you know about important updates and make it as quick and easy as possible for you to let us know how we’re doing or if something isn’t quite right.

We’ve produced a draft engagement policy, which explains how we will do this in future and before we agree it, we’d really like to hear your thoughts on:

If you agree with the approach we’ve suggested in the draft policy.
Other ways you think we should keep in touch with our tenants in future.
If you’re happy for us to contact you in future to discuss our services and if so, how you’d like us to contact you.
