Have your say on improvements to Queens Park
We are inviting residents to give their views about our plans to improve Queens Park in Caterham.
Working with our lead consultants, Jon Sheaff & Associates landscape architects, we have three draft designs for what an improved Queens Park could look like and we want residents who use the park regularly to tell us what they think.
More information, including the draft designs and how to give your feedback, is available on our website. All feedback must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 24 June.
Feedback received last summer, which told us what Queens Park means to residents, what you use it for and changes you’d like to see in future, has helped us produce the draft designs. Queens Park has also been identified as having potential to contribute to flood alleviation in Caterham on the Hill.
We will review all feedback received and detailed design work will start on the preferred option when we have evaluated all responses.
This piece of work forms part of our Open Space Strategy, which sets out how we will manage and improve our open spaces across the district.
