Caterham resident scoops a top prize on the Tandridge Together lottery
A Caterham resident scooped one of the top prizes in the Tandridge Together Lottery on 1 May. The winner, Mrs K from Caterham, won the second highest prize of £2,000.
Mrs K’s chosen good cause was Clifton Hill School, a community special school in Caterham for young people aged 11-19 with learning difficulties.
She said: “I am delighted and surprised to have won in last week's lottery.
I have supported Clifton Hill School through Tandridge Together Lottery since the lottery began. Clifton Hill is an amazing special secondary school in Caterham for young people with severe and profound multiple learning difficulties.
I am planning to spend some of the money on garden furniture and treats for my family. Thank you, Tandridge Lottery”.
Players entering the lottery before 26 June will be in with a chance of winning a year’s worth of monthly fruit and vegetable deliveries from Boxxfresh, delivered straight to your door.
A ticket for Tandridge Together Lottery costs £1, with 50p from each ticket going directly to good causes. To buy tickets, or register as a good cause, visit www.tandridgelottery.co.uk or call 01883 460555.
