Covid-19 mobile testing unit in Oxted

The Covid-19 mobile testing unit is returning to Oxted from Thursday 31 December until Sunday 3 January. Anyone with Covid-19 symptoms can get a test.

The testing unit will be in the car park behind the Oxted Health Centre and Oxted Library (use postcode RH8 0BQ). If you have booked an appointment, please go directly to the testing unit. Please do not go into the health centre or library.

To get a free test, you must have one of the following symptoms:

  • A high temperature.
  • A new, continuous cough.
  • A loss or change in your sense of smell or taste.

Anyone who has been asked to get tested by a local council or is taking part in a government pilot project is also eligible to get a free test. You can also book a test for someone you live with if they have symptoms.

Tests can be booked at www.nhs.uk/ask-for-a-coronavirus-test or by calling 119.

Please don’t visit the testing unit unless you have booked an appointment.
