Safe, affordable work space and digital hub for local businesses

Local businesses can enjoy the use of new work space, community and networking opportunities, with the opening of TheWorkary, based in Quadrant House, Croydon Road, Caterham.

A work space ideal for start-ups, entrepreneurs, small businesses and remote workers, TheWorkary offers a safe, local, affordable alternative to working at home or commuting, with all the benefits of being part of a local community of like minded teams and individuals.

Memberships start from as little as £3 per day. This includes unlimited free tea and coffee, as well as many other benefits. There are also four private offices of different sizes, depending how many people need to use them, which can accommodate up to ten people. Rooms cost around £100 plus VAT a month per person using them.

The space will be open during November, with measures in place to make it as safe as possible and more information, including how to book a tour, is available on TheWorkary, Caterham website. You can also get a free day pass to use the space any Friday in December.

TheWorkary is based in Quadrant House, bought by the Council in April 2019, as part of the Caterham and North Tandridge Regeneration Programme. We’ve entered into a lease with Wimbletech CIC, which will use it as the location for TheWorkary, Caterham.

The Tandridge District Digital Hub
