We encourage you to submit your application using the Planning Portal as this will provide a step-by-step guide and ensure you are using the right form.
The Planning Portal does not include the list of documents you need to submit with your application.
If you are not using the Planning Portal, you can download a pdf form from this page. These forms are also on the Planning Portal. They cannot be completed electronically. They must be downloaded, printed and filled in by hand.
Please make sure you use the right form. Applications submitted on the wrong form cannot be validated and will delay your application.
Once you have chosen your form select the checklist next to it. This will provide you with details of what must be submitted with your application. Please print and fill the form in for submission with your planning application.
Unless you submit your application online using the Planning Portal, you must submit the original and three copies.
