There are lots of ways you can have your say and make a difference in Surrey. These include filling in surveys, attending public meetings, reporting problems or volunteering.
We all have a role to play in making Surrey a better place.
We have produced Get involved in Surrey a short guide to show how you can help shape public services in your area and how you can get involved.
In addition to the supplement two special DVDs have been produced:
Making a Difference in Surrey DVD
This is a film about how local people can get involved in helping influence local decisions in their areas and will be shown to community groups by the voluntary sector across Surrey. The film was commissioned on behalf of the Surrey Strategic Partnership by Elmbridge Community Action.
This film was made by and for young people about how they can and do make a difference in their community. The DVD is being shown in schools and youth centres.
