Homeless information booklet

In this leaflet we outline what the Council's duties are under the Housing Act 1996 Part VII (Homelessness) as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002. This is the legislation the Council uses to make decisions about homelessness.

We are beginning to introduce Comma Separated Values (CSV) files, alongside pdf files. This type of file makes it easier for developers or interested parties to re-use our data.
