Recycling collections

There are delays to the recycling collections. If you live in Caterham and your recycling was due for a collection on 16 May if the recycling in your road was not collected please leave your box and bags out for collection on 17 May. 

This may cause delays for the rest of the week. If the recycling in your road is not collected on your normal collection day please leave the box and bags out for collection the following day.

We apologise for any inconvenience which may have been caused.

Waste collections

There are no delays to the waste collections.

Please bring your recycling to the edge of your property by 7am and make sure your waste is available and easily accessible for collection by 6am. Find out your collection day.

Using wheeled bins for waste collections

If you have chosen to use a wheeled bin for your waste and it is left up or down steps it will not be collected. The crew cannot wheel bins up or down steps. It is also not safe for them to lean into the bin and remove the waste by hand. Instead you can use an ordinary dustbin, put the bagged waste by the side of the bin, or take the wheeled bin to the top/bottom of the stairs for collection.

Garden waste

There are no delays to the garden waste collection service. Please leave your bin on the kerbside by 6am on the morning of your collection day.
