Annual Report to Tenants

The Annual Report 2011-12 has been produced for and in partnership with our tenants and leaseholders.

The report gives information on how resident representatives and Council officers are working together to improve services in key areas such as estate management, repairs and maintenance.

A copy of the report is sent to all 2,674 council tenants and 612 leaseholders, the Tenants Services Authority, the Homes and Communities Agency and all other key agencies.
