You can! You may be able to take advantage of the garden waste collection service if your property is in the service. If it is not in the service then you could start by buying a subsidised compost bin to make your own soil conditioner for your garden. Or if you want to get it composted straight away then you could take it to the community recycling centres run by Surrey County Council.
