What can I do if I have a dispute?

It often helps to try to sort things out informally with your neighbour by finding the right moment to discuss the problem and see if you can identify any areas of common ground and possible solutions. But don't despair if this doesn't work - mediators may be able to help you and your neighbour to talk things over.
