What are the benefits of community mediation?

Community mediation is an informal way to help you solve your dispute. All meetings take place in private and nothing you say will be revealed without your permission

You are in control - the mediators will help you to make your own decisions about your dispute. You can withdraw at any time during the process and nothing will be done without your agreement.

Mediation services are independent - they are not linked to the local council, police or any other authority Mediators are impartial - they do not take sides and there is no blame or judgement.

The service is free.
