How do I report that my recycling, food or waste has been missed?

To report a missed collection, or other problem, please check for collection problems and if none are listed please fill in the missed collection form or leave a message on 08459 400472 (automated information line available 24 hours a day). To speak to someone during office hours please call 01883 722000.
