What are the costs involved with submitting my building regulations application?

Fees for all submissions are charged at different rates, dependent on the type or work you are carrying out. However the total cost for a Full Plans application or a Building Notice is always the same.Please click on the following link which gives a breakdown of charges for different types of work. Building control fees from 1 April 2013

Table A will apply for new domestic dwellings
Table B relates to domestic extensions/loft conversions and detached garages
Table C relates to internal alterations/replacement of windows, doors and roofs/other building works
Tables D & E relate to non-domestic work.

Please note that whilst most building regulation application fees can be found in the fee tables above if your work does not fit the size criteria as listed, we can provide an individual quote for the work and you can either complete the following form or call Building Control on the number below.
