Do I need a licence to sell hot food?

Under the Licensing Act 2003 you need a licence to provide late night refreshment, defined as hot food or hot drink, to the public, or a section of the public, on or from any premises, whether for consumption on or off the premises between 11.00pm and 5.00am.
