What can I do if I'm not satisfied with the repairs service?

If you have any cause for complaint regarding any aspect of the housing repairs service, please contact the Council's Technical Manager, Mr S Blount, on 01883 732830, or e-mail sblount@tandridge.gov.uk, who will look into the matter in the first instance.

The Council also has a formal complaints procedure if you feel that your problem has not been resolved satisfactorily or you have not been fairly treated. In these circumstances you may complain in writing to:
