What if I need more information?

General advice is available from our customer services team either at the Council Offices, Oxted between 8.30am and 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays).  Alternatively they are available by telephone on 01883 722000.  If they are unable to assist they will put you in touch with the duty planning officer, although he may not be immediately available.

Outside of office hours you can call our automated telephone service, which can answer many of your questions.  Call 0300 100 0041.

You can also e-mail Planning applications with your query and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
