How do I recycle household batteries?

You can recycle your household and rechargeable batteries commonly found in torches, hearing aids, camcorders, calculators, watches, radios, cameras, and toys at your local community recycling centres managed by Surrey County Council. These are at the following locations.

You can also recycle household and rechargeable batteries at the council offices on Station Road East in Oxted. Available in reception during office hours which are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:30pm Fridays.
