Licensing Act Contact Details

Copies of an application for a new Premises Licence or to vary a Premises Licence must be sent to the Responsible Authorities listed below.

Please ensure that you have attached the correct postage, because if is not correct, delivery of your application may be delayed or even refused.

Advertisements for Premises Licence applications and for variations shall be placed in a newspaper circulating in the area of the premises concerned.

• East Grinstead Courier & Observer (This link will open in a new window) for Lingfield, Dormansland, Felbridge and Copthorne.
• County Border News (This link will open in a new window) for Bletchingley, Caterham, Lingfield, Oxted, Tatsfield, Warlingham and Whyteleafe.
