Surrey Learning+Skills Council: The Council covers the County of Surrey with a population of just over 1 million and is responsible for planning and funding of post 16 education and training. The Princes' Trust: The Princes' Trust helps 18-30 year olds who are unemployed, under-employed or who have limited means to start up businesses. Grants of 1,500 per person or 3,000 for a group working together are available to meet the setting up costs of their own business, or low interest loans of up to 5,000.
