Application to join the housing register

Tandridge operates a Choice Based Lettings (CBL) scheme called Home Choice. The scheme allows you to choose the properties you are interested in, rather than the council deciding which housing to offer you.

This form will allow us to place your name and details on the Council's Housing Register. You will then receive details of how to access Home Choice and start bidding on properties.

All parts of this form must be completed and in full. Your answers help us decide how we can be of most help to you and an incomplete form my delay the assessment process.

A Housing Register information booklet is provided with this form for your assistance; a copy can be downloaded from our website at www.tandridge.gov.uk/housingneeds.
