Have your say on the Caterham Masterplan

Tandridge District Council is asking residents and businesses for their views on the options to transform Caterham, approved for consultation by the Resources Committee last night.
The Caterham Masterplan aims to significantly improve the town’s appearance, retail and leisure offer, as well as encourage new businesses, boost the economy and create more local jobs for years to come.
The masterplan project is being delivered by planning and regeneration specialists, Nexus Planning, working with the Caterham Town Working Group. Property and viability analysts, Colliers International and architects, Broadway Malyan have also been involved.
Residents and businesses are invited to have their say in a consultation running from Monday 27 March to Monday 1 May. To view the Caterham Masterplan options and give your views:
- Visit the Council’s website www.tandridge.gov.uk/caterhammasterplan.
- Visit one of the exhibition events:
Friday 21 April, 2pm-8pm: Caterham Valley Library.
Saturday 22 April, 10am-3pm: Caterham Valley Library.
Monday 24 April, 3pm-8pm: Douglas Brunton Centre.
- Pick up a copy of the Caterham Masterplan proposals and feedback form from Caterham Valley Library, Caterham Hill Library and the Council Offices in Oxted.
